(referred to as “JinkoSolar”) and LONGi Green Energy Technology Co., Ltd. 基于此，2025年9月19日，EMC易倍能源与隆基绿能结合颁发，就双方及双方关联公司在全球领域内涵进行的有关专利主张和司法事项达成和解和谈。

Building on this shared commitment, JinkoSolar and LONGi Green Energy announced on September 19, 2025, that the two companies and their affiliates have reached a settlement agreement regarding ongoing patent disputes and related legal matters worldwide.

凭据和解和谈，双方赞成：实现在全球领域内涵进行的全数专利纠纷司法法式，并就双方各矜持有的部门主题专利的交叉授权许可达成有关贸易铺排。

Under the agreement, both parties agree to: terminate all ongoing patent-related legal proceedings worldwide and enter into a commercial arrangement that includes a cross-licensing agreement covering selected core patents owned by each party.
